•  Rental of a cozy private bathhouse for 4 hours — a secluded space for rituals of strength and relaxation;

•   Adaptation and aromatherapy with horseradish — cleansing the breath and awakening energy;

•   Warming the legs with oak bunches up to the waist under mint steam and lemon pressing — stimulation and grounding;

•   Relaxation in the dining area with a milk, orange, and rose petal foot bath — a sensory indulgence;

•   Signature steaming with oak, mint, and linden bunches, followed by a contrast with icy cucumber cubes — balancing heat and coolness;

•   Immersion in a cool plunge pool — cleansing and toning;

•   Reheating and deep tissue work with oak and fir bunches;

•   Meditative practice with the sound of a Tibetan bowl — inner and outer silence;

•   Rest on aromatic hay under the open sky;
