Please note that only some tickets are available for purchase on the website. The remaining tickets can be purchased at the ticket offices of the bath complex in a live queue.

When purchasing several tickets to public baths, the corresponding number of guaranteed seats is purchased; seating at one table is organized if possible, but is not guaranteed.

The start time of each slot is fixed and cannot be postponed. If necessary, one slot can be replaced with another, subject to the conditions of replacement and the availability of free seats.
